1) Do we have to buy online or can we have an invoice account?

Yes certainly most of our sales are to the NHS and nearly all of those are invoice sales

2) How do we place a non-online order?

Just email us your query or order to mail@safecylinderstorage.co.uk

3) Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

Yes if you contact us with your requirements on sales@safecylinderstorage.co.uk we will let you know any discount that we can offer.

4) We need your company details to set you up as a supplier on our system, where can we find them?

Our company details are in a pdf at the bottom of each page of the website or you can you can email us and we will email them to you.

5) Once an order has been placed how long until the goods will be delivered?

We would hope to have all standard stock items delivered within 14 days but usually it will be within 7 days.

6) Can you help if we can`t see the holder/container that we require on the website?

Yes we are more than happy to adjust or re-size any of our existing products or to build to your specification, just contact us on mail@safecylinderstorage.co.uk

7) What if we are uncertain that the container is suitable or fits in the space available?

We offer a 2 week free trial of our containers, if you are not 100% satisfied we just ask that you pay for the container to be returned to us.
